Please change "You can change this page's protection level, but this will not affect the cascading protection." to "Changes to this page's protection level will not affect the cascading protection." In some cases, non-admins see this message, so it shouldn't imply that seeing it means you can change the protection level. Jackmcbarn (talk) 16:32, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
