Sigma Phi Alpha (ΣΦΑ) is a national honor society for women in the field of dental hygiene.[1][2] Following is a list of Sigma Phi Alpha chapters.[1][2][3][4][5] Active chapters are indicated in bold. Inactive chapters and institutions are indicated in italics.

  17. ^ The chapter was organized at Erie Community College which is now called SUNY Erie.
  18. ^ Chapter formed at Georgia Regents University which became Augusta University.
  19. ^ Chapter formed at Georgia Perimeter College which became Perimeter College at Georgia State University in 2016.
  20. ^ Chapter formed at Burlington County College which became Rowan College at Burlington County in 2015.
  21. ^ Chapter went defunct when the Auburn Hills campus closed.
