Kalber (Persian: کالبر, also Romanized as Kālber and Kālbar; also known as Kālber-e Bālā)[3] is a village in Negur Rural District of the Central District of Dashtiari County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.

The 2006 census recorded the village population at 1,085 in 197 households, when it was in the former Dashtiari District of Chabahar County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,369 people in 250 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,280 people in 270 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]

In 2018, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Dashtiari County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Negur as its capital.[6]
