Where Can I Hear the Full Speech

I listened to the .ogg file here and it was only 29 seconds long. I would like to hear the full speech in its entirety. I have seen a rumor in an email that at there is a monument in Wash. D. C. that took out the words pertaining to FDRs reference to "... so help us God."

The question in my mind is whether modern-day monument makers, funded by the US Gov, have censored FDRs own words and have deliberately left out his reference to "God".
