English: NEWARK, De.- Brig. Gen. David E. Deputy, chief of staff, Delaware National Guard, was presented the Delaware Conspicuous Service Cross by John C. Carney, Governor of Delaware, on March 2, 2017. A retirement luncheon was held at the Cavalier Country club in honor of Deputy for over forty years of service.(U.S. Air National Guard photo by Tech.
