Farooq Mughal is an American politician from the Georgia Democratic Party who served as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives representing District 105,[1] which includes parts of the cities of Buford, Lawrenceville, and Dacula in Gwinnett County.[2] Mughal is a Pakistani American.[3] Mughal was defeated for re-election in 2024 by Republican Sandy Donatucci.
