ExonHost is a web hosting and domain registration company based in Bangladesh.[1] Operated by its parent company, Purple IT Ltd., ExonHost is the only ICANN-accredited registrar in Bangladesh[2]. The company provides various hosting solutions, including shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and domain registration services.
History
[edit]ExonHost was established in January 2009 by Saleh Ahmed.[3] Initially operating under the brand name "Obosor.com," the company underwent several rebranding phases:
- In 2010, it was renamed "SoCheapHost."[4]
- In 2013, it was renamed "HostPair."
- Finally, in December 2016, it adopted the name "ExonHost," following trademark considerations.[5]
Achievements
