Elisabeth "Eli" Pinedo Sáenz (born 13 May 1981) is a retired Spanish handball player.[1] She was part of the Spanish team at the 2008 European Women's Handball Championship,[2] where the Spanish team reached the final, after defeating Germany in the semifinal.[3] She also competed at the 2011 World Women's Handball Championship in Brazil,[4] where the Spanish team placed third.[5]

Her twin sister Patri was also a Spanish international handball player.
