Sudarshan Khatiwada (नेपालीः सुदर्शन खतिवडा) is an emerging media educator, journalist, and community radio activist from Nepal. He is now working as an Opinion Editor of Onlinekhabar. He started his job there on June 29, 2021. Before that, he was engaged as an Editor in Chief in Sajhapost, [1] is another news portal in Nepal. He is a lecturer of BMT (Bachelor in Media Technology) and MMT (Master in Media Technology) in Shepherd College affiliated with Purbanchal University.

He has been active in the community radio movement since March 2008 as a community Radio activist and now leading the Association of Community Radio Broadcasters Association Nepal (ACORAB) as a https://acorab.org.np/member/central-executive-committee of the board.

Early Career Khatiwada started his journalism career as a guerilla reporter in the Maoist Movement in Nepal in 2003.

During wartime, he served as the Editor of the Gandak Edition of Janadesh Weekly. Following the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, he assumed the role of Editor-in-Chief for Janamuktimarga Weekly and Pratyush Daily in Dhading. Subsequently, he took on a leadership role as a Station Manager at the Community Radio Station, Radio Bihani 97.6 MHz, where he remained until the year 2067 in Dhading.

He is well known for sharp and in-depth analysis, comments, and articles. Along with journalism, he is also well-known as a fiction writer. He is quoted as an analyst[2] [3] [4] [5] in mainstream newspapers too.
