Draft:Stephen Bay
Stephen Bay is a San Diego-based photographer whose work focuses on land and cityscapes.[1] Bay was born in Canada and received a graduate degree at UC Irvine.[2] He captured the 2018 bioluminescence effece in Southern California,[3] and his work was recognized as a 2021 Sony World Photography Award nominee.[4][5]
