Spectrio is a digital signage solution provider based in Florida, United States.[1]

History[edit]

Spectrio was founded in 1986 as Conquest Communications by Mitch Keller with the mission to help businesses relate better to their customers.[2] In June 2015, the Spectrio Charlotte office was opened.[3] In October 2014 Spectrio established a partnership with the Riverside Company Partners.[4]

Acquisitions[edit]

Over the years, Spectrio has carried out several acquisitions. Notable among the most recent ones include the acquisition of Industry Weapon in 2020,[5] Sixteen:Nine in 2021,[6] Ping HD in 2022,[7] and inReality in 2023.[8]

Prior to the recent acquisitions, Spectrio had acquired Retail Radio in 2017,[9] and VS Networks in 2019 alongside others.[10]

Products and services[edit]

Spectrio offers digital signage solutions with content development packages, video placements, social media marketing and email marketing services.[11][12]
