Raaka Chocolate is a vegan chocolate factory, store, and classroom on Seabring Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The business is known for their unroasted chocolate.[1][2][3][4]

The company, whose name means "raw" in the Finnish language,[5] was established in 2010 in Clinton Hill where it was cofounded by Nathan Hodge and Ryan Cheney. In 2014, it moved to a larger facility in Red Hook and the multipurpose space is known for its single origin beans.[6][7][8]

They are known for their mushroom hot chocolate and have explored aging their beans in a bourbon cask to alter the flavors.[9][10]
