Mice and Mystics is an upcoming American animated fantasy film based on the board game of the same name by Jerry Hawthorne, produced by DreamWorks Animation and Vertigo Entertainment, and distributed by Universal Pictures. The film is being directed by Alexandre Aja and written by Aja and David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick.

Production[edit]

Development on a film based on Mice and Mystics began in October 2018 by DreamWorks Animation. Alexandre Aja, long-time horror film director, will be directing and writing the film's script along with David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick. Vertigo Entertainment's Roy Lee and Jon Berg are producing.^[1]
