After completing his studies in the U.S., Bozicevic practiced patent law in Tokyo, Japan for over two years. During his time in Japan, he also lectured on patent law at various institutions.[5] He currently holds a position as a visiting professor at Tokyo Medical and Dental University.[5]

Bozicevic has been admitted to practice law in several states, including Florida, Washington, D.C., Ohio, and California, as well as before the U.S. Patent Office and various federal courts.[7][8] During his career, he has worked with both start-up companies and publicly traded corporations on intellectual property law.[7]

His work has included developing patent portfolios related to transgenic animals, prion assay methodologies, fluid flow, and small particle formation technologies.[7] Additionally, Bozicevic was involved in the development of a patent portfolio for a protein therapeutic approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of patients at risk of vision loss.[7]

In 2011, Bozicevic published a fiction book named Cardinal Hoax.[9]
