Submission declined on 9 November 2023 by S0091 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: none of the awards are notable and nothing suggests this person can meet the notability guidelines. Almost all the sources are primary which cannot be used to establish notability. An acknowledgement (thanking him) by the author of a book is trivial (The Road to Success) as is Marquis Who's Who as it is not a reliable source so should not be used at all. If this is resubmitted without substantial relevant improvement meeting the above criteria, the draft is like to be rejected meaning it will no long be considered.
