Eproctophilia, also known as Fart Fetishism, refers to the sexual arousal stemming from either their own or another person's flatulence. Those with Eproctophilia may find the act, sound, or scent of farting to be sexually arousing. Eproctophilia is categorized as a paraphilia.[1]: 373
The name comes from the Greek words "eproktos," meaning "flatulence," and "philia," meaning "love" or "affection."
