The DEx16 (Romanian: Drumul Express 16) is an expressway serving as the current beltway around Oradea, connecting it with the border crossing with Hungary at Bors II via the A3 motorway. It has a current length of 19km and it is expected to further connect the cities of Oradea and Arad in western Romania via the already existing A11 motorway.[1]

  1. A3 - Oradea (19 km) incl. the DN1Y access road from Oradea to the DEx16
  2. Oradea - Salonta (33,7 km) incl. a 5,3km access road from DN79 to Salonta
  3. Salonta - Chisineu-Cris (39,7 km) incl. a 10km access road from Chisineu Cris to the Hungarian border crossing
