163 braces(Chinese: 吳朵芸^[1], pinyin: Wú DuǒYún, English: Brace Wu, born June 2, 1999) is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter. She has released 4 singles and one EP.

Life and Career[edit]

163 braces is from FongShan District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. She studied and graduated from Fongshan Senior Commercial & Industrial Vocational School(FSVS)^[2] and National Taichung University of Science and Technology(NUTC), majoring in Department of Leisure and Recreation Management^[3].

During her student life, she attended several singing contests and performances, won prizes, and was invited to off-campus activities, as well as cooperations of other music contents.

On February 9 2022, she held her first personal concert "LIVE." at The Wall in Taipei. On August 18 2023, she released her first EP album - filter, four songs included.

In October and November, 2023, she held her second personal concert, and first small tour, "minimini", in Taichung, Kaohsiung, and Taipei, Taiwan.

One-Minute Style[edit]

At early stages, 163 braces uploaded her videos of covering songs to Instagram, and because there was a one-minute constraint for uploading videos then, even though she started to upload them to Youtube, she still maintained a one-minute style, making this one of her features.

So Do I[edit]

On May 25 2021, 163 braces uploaded a video titled "我也是"(Translation: Me too, but in order not to be confused with the campaign's name, here translated into "So Do I."). This video went viral after lots of imitations from various artists and Youtubers.^[4]^[5]
