David A. Asch

David A. Asch is an American physician-scientist and academic administrator serving as the senior vice dean for strategic initiatives at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the John Morgan professor of medicine.

Life[edit]

Asch earned a A.B. from Harvard College in 1980.[1] He completed an M.D. from Cornell University in 1984.[1] He earned a M.B.A. from Wharton School in 1989.[1]

Asch is the senior vice dean for strategic initiatives and the John Morgan professor of medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.[2] He is a professor of health care management and professor of operations, information, and decisions at Wharton School.[2]
