DaVonte Lambert (born June 23, 1994) is an American football defensive tackle for the Arlington Renegades of the United Football League (UFL). He played college football at Auburn.
Professional career[edit]
Tampa Bay Buccaneers[edit]
Lambert signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent following the 2016 NFL Draft.[1]
On September 1, 2017, Lambert was placed on injured reserve.[2]
On September 1, 2018, Lambert was waived by the Buccaneers.[3]
St. Louis BattleHawks[edit]
Lambert played with the St. Louis BattleHawks of the XFL in 2020.[4] He had his contract terminated when the league suspended operations on April 10, 2020.[5]
Carolina Panthers[edit]
On April 30, 2020, Lambert signed with the Carolina Panthers.[4] He was waived on August 28, 2020.[6]
