Dear Sir. 

This is to request you that I, Amir Gill son of Lal Gill belonging to catholic Church, nic no.   42301-3241617-7.   my age 39y.   I am living in karachi (Pakistan) .   I am suffering from Maxillary Deft and can not afford its surgery in pakistan.  I am not highly educated person but I can perform technical and physical jobs very nicely, I am performing as an attendant to bed ridden patients for about 15 years.  I can very well earn a honorable living by my self if you kindly support me and grant me visa so that i can come to your country, I need all your medical and Financial assistance relating to my surgery. 
I am a married man with 3 kids , I am quite capable of earning for them so so I seriously need your financial and medical assistance for my treatment.                                                            thank you.
