Is the purpose of this cat to list articles that are currently not FA or to list articles that ever "fell from grace" of FA status? The Template:ArticleHistory behavior/side-effects currently seems to suggest the latter. -- 199.33.32.40 22:30, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It seems the latter. Execution by elephant was demoted and then promoted again, but still appears in this category. Actually, ignore what I said there. This is intentional: "Articles indexed under "#" are currently featured articles that were demoted and re-promoted. They are listed here by the {{ArticleHistory}} template."
