Likewise as for Category:Restaurants in the United Kingdom, every single restaurant in the USA is in one of the 50 states or in the capital district. This category already has 49 subcategories by state. I don't know enough about the USA to see off-hand which two categories are missing. But the subcategories very nearly cover the entire nation.
