Andrew de Moray.[edit]

I've indicated in the entry under de Moray's name that he was never appointed Guardian of Scotland. This entry should thus be removed. Rcpaterson 23:11, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Negative ones, I'm afraid, or references of ommission, if you prefer. Only William Wallace appears in contemporary references as Guardian of Scotland, being so named some time after the battle of Stirling Bridge. Moray's name no longer appears on any documents by this time, so he must be presumed to have died of his battle wounds. Rcpaterson 22:23, 10 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
