Actually, just choosing 1922 at random (hrm, have to find the place to do this really) but why isn't
m:ru:Категория:Родившиеся в 1922 linked to from this page (the converse seems to be true)? There's a link to the sr: 1922 page, but not the ru (and probably several others).
