Becky Pearson (born January 22, 1956) is an American professional golfer who played on the LPGA Tour.

Golfing career[edit]

Before turning professional, Pearson won the Minnesota Junior Girls State Championship twice.[1] While living in North Branch, Minnesota, she reached the quarter-finals at the United States Girls' Junior Golf Championship in 1973 after defeating defending champion Nancy Lopez in the second round.[2] Pearson earned All-American honors twice while attending Florida International University[3] and was the runner-up to Lori Castillo at the 1979 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links.[4]

Pearson won once on the LPGA Tour[5] in 1986 at the Chrysler-Plymouth Classic.[6]

The North Chisago Historical Society awarded Pearson in 2008 along with two others their Women in History Award.[7]
