Barkers Creek is a locality in central Victoria, Australia. The locality is in the Shire of Mount Alexander, 125 kilometres (78 mi) north west of the state capital, Melbourne. It is essentially an extension of the larger town of Castlemaine, nearby to the south.

At the 2016 census, Barkers Creek had a population of 457.[1]
