Artur Sergeyevich Ocheretny (born 29 March 1978)[1] is a Russian entrepreneur. He is Head of the Center for the Development of Interpersonal Communications and the Publishing House Literaturnaya uchyoba. In 2015, he married Lyudmila Putina, the ex-wife of Russian president Vladimir Putin.[2][3]

In 2017, it was reported Putina and Ocheretny had moved together to Biarritz, France, a city in the southern area of the country.

Biography[edit]

In 1995, Ocheretny graduated from high school in Lyubertsy, and in 1996, he co-founded Fountain-Express LLC, which repaired office equipment. In 2003-2008, Ocheretny was the director of the Art Show Center company, which organized various events for United Russia, Gazprom, and others. In connection with this activity, he met representatives of the Russian elite, including Lyudmila Putina.
