Alberto Velásquez (born 2 July 2008) is a Finnish-Peruvian footballer who plays as a centre forward for the youth team of Finnish club FC Honka.

Youth career[edit]

Velásquez started playing football in HJK Helsinki youth team in Töölö.[1] He played in the club's academy,[2] before switching teams in the summer 2023 and joining FC Honka youth sector in Tapiola, Espoo.[3]

Club career[edit]

Velaśquez made his senior debut with FC Honka in April 2024, playing in fourth-tier Kakkonen.

International career[edit]

Velásquez has represented both Finland and Peru at under-15 youth international level.[4] Since January 2024, he plays for Finland U17 national team.[5] On 1 March 2024, Velásquez scored a hat trick, in a 4–1 friendly win against Iceland U17.[6]

Personal life[edit]

Velásquez was born in Helsinki, Finland,[1] to a Finnish mother and a Peruvian father.[7]
