Adelani Adewuyi, known mononymously as Delani, is a Nigerian real estate surveyor, and valuer.[1] He currently serves as the managing director of CW Real Estate,[2] and the president of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.[3]
Biography[edit]
Adelani Adewuyi was born in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State in the Western region of Nigeria. He attended the Federal University of Technology in Akure for his tertiary education and thereafter he relocated to the United Arab Emirates, in search of greener pastures. In 2011, Adelani ventured into real estate and began working with Agordubai, one of Dubai's leading real estate firms.[4]
Upon his return to Nigeria, he began working with numerous real estate companies as an estate surveyor and valuer.[5] In 2016, he founded CW Real Estate, a real estate agency operating in Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates, where he serves as the managing director. Adelani clients include Etisalat, Erickson, Mikano, and 750 in Capital.[6]
In 2022, his imprint, CW Real Estate, won Best Luxury Real Estate Brokerage at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.[7]
On 16 January 2023, Adelani was among the speakers at the 41st FIABCI Global Leadership Summit held in Taiwan.[3]
