The 2024–25 season will be the 60th season in the history of the FC Twente, and it will also be the sixth consecutive season in Eredivisie. In addition to the domestic league, the team is scheduled to participate in the KNVB Cup and the UEFA Champions League.
Note: The match was canceled due to an accident that occurred before its start, as a scaffold carrying a banner fell on spectators, causing injuries.[2]
