The 2022–23 Brisbane Heat season was the twelfth in the club's history. Coached by Wade Seccombe and captained by Usman Khawaja,[1] they competed in the 2022–23 season.

The team[edit]

The Brisbane Heat are an Australian men's professional Twenty20 franchise cricket team that competes in the Big Bash League. The Heat wears a teal uniform and are based in Brisbane in the Australian state of Queensland. Their home ground is the Brisbane Cricket Ground, also known as The Gabba.[2][3][4]
