The 2008 World Sledge Hockey Challenge was the second semi-annual international ice sledge hockey tournament organized by Hockey Canada. The event was hosted in Charlottetown, PEI.[1] Japan replaced Germany at this years tournament.

Round Robin[edit]

The 4 teams played each other once in the round robin with the top 2 teams playing in the Gold Medal Game and the bottom 2 in the Bronze Medal Game.
