Selected anniversaries/March Cache purge

First set of events added for March. jengod's selection was incorporated, of course. I added the seal. I believe that the existing events meet the guidelines. I used mav's idea of putting the extra events into the talk page for that Selected anniversary date, after learning about it. The selection of the events was partly driven by the existence of pictures or graphics, so we need to appeal for more graphics, like a shamrock for St Patrick's day. If it looks like there was a bias toward UK and Roman empire for events, that was partly driven by the existence of pictures for them. Again, we need to appeal for pictures to go with the events. 169.207.86.92 21:47, 29 Feb 2004 (UTC) I tried to find other events where possible, and everyone is free to replace or/and update pictures or events per the guidelines, of course. My only motivation was to help out. There are over 1300 more events and observances remaining to be selected and added to Selected anniversaries. Plenty of opportunity for everyone. If an existing link is shallow, please replace the event with another item, or rewrite.

Thanks for all the work! --mav
