GA

[edit]

Um, since when was GA "going through some rough patches"? There's a backlog, but it's being steadily brought down by many dedicated members. If you have a problem with a review, the reassessment discussion group is active. Also, sweeps of current GA-class articles are being done to ensure continued quality. I see no rough patch here, just more activity. Next time, I would suggest leaving one's personal gripes with GA out of the project newsletter. VanTucky talk 21:27, 8 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The phrase "rough patches" is not a personal gripe nor is it an attack on the project. It is just an observation and I will note that I did encourage any editor interested in the process to feel free to nominate an article if they wish. There is no need to take offense and the newsletter does not, by any stretch of the imagination, cast any "official" stance or declaration about the value or worth of the GA project.
