Changing the Republican colors a little bit[edit]

@Elli could we possibly make the Republican colors less orange? Thanks! WeaponizingArchitecture | scream at me 18:20, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Have these colors been approved?[edit]

We should probobly put these colors up to a vote or something, they're starting to be used on maps and I think we should clear it up Gordfather69 (talk) 23:09, 26 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Tie colors[edit]

It doesn't look like there are colors for ties. Would the current downballot colors be used? -Mad Mismagius (talk) 05:49, 5 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Additions[edit]

I have two proposals for additions. First, as there are three "Alt Democratic" ones, maybe a few (ideally three) "Alt Republican" ones could be created. Second, colors for ties could be important to include, if not just the current colors. Just a couple suggestions. LanguageLovingNerd (talk) 03:26, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Orange [32] 60–70% and 70–80% seem too similar[edit]

These colors are currently in use on the 2016 Wisconsin Supreme Court and 2023 Wisconsin Supreme Court elections, and in my opinion the Orange 70–80% is too hard to distinguish from 60–70%. Washington county on the former and Taylor county on the latter are in the darker shade, but it's not obvious at a glance. WallAdhesion (talk) 01:43, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Implementation[edit]

I feel it's important that we introduce the unified color scheme at some point, its already being used for congressional maps and some statewide maps Gordfather69 (talk) 16:35, 28 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
