African and African-American studies biographies
[edit]I’ve started a list of professors of African and African-American studies who have named chairs at major US universities, and so are presumptively notable under WP:NACADEMIC, criteria 5, but don’t yet have WP entries. If anyone is looking for topics to write on, you’re warmly welcomed to take anything that interests you from my list. Happy editing, Innisfree987 (talk) 08:29, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
Categories regarding "Somali"/"Somalian" ancestry and diaspora
[edit]Just fyi--I started a conversation on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Somalia that may be of interest to this project. The basic idea is that categories relating to Somali people are not consistent in using "Somali" vs. "Somalian," and as far as I understand, "Somalian" is rarely a preferred term. I'm wondering what fixes are the most appropriate. ~Malvoliox (talk | contribs) 02:48, 19 February 2025 (UTC)
