Full list of renamings to "Academics of" following Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2022_October_3#Academic_personnel_in_Europe

UK and Ireland categories were kept. Countries beginning with "A" have been renamed so far.

Implementation of this close was suspended pending a move review at Wikipedia:Move review/Log/2022 October, which partly upheld the close.

These categories have now been relisted for discussion at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2022_December_26#Academics_in_Europe, to choose between "Academics of Foo" or "Foo academics".

This list now includes relisting those for Finland, as the result of Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2022 July 30#Faculty by university or college in Finland was overturned by the subsequent CFD & this was upheld by the Move review. – Fayenatic London 17:04, 26 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Tajikistan was categorised in Europe by mistake, and has been removed from this nomination. Kazakhstan is predominantly considered as part of Central Asia, and is therefore also removed. – Fayenatic London 16:59, 31 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
