Premature closure
[edit]Why on earth was this closed after only 3 days by a non-admin? It's hardly a clear keep, as many of those in favour of keeping have provided no policy-based arguments for doing so. I would suggest that it is reopened, allowed to run its course, and then closed by an admin who will not simply tally !votes.--Michig (talk) 07:44, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
- Nobody, including yourself, has !voted delete and so there is clearly no consensus to delete. This is therefore a reasonable case of snow. Colonel Warden (talk) 08:44, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
- Several editors were of the opinion that it should be deleted or replaced with a redirect. WP:SNOW is therefore nowhere near appropriate here, especially as the discussion had only run for a little over 2 days. This isn't the sort of AFD that non-admins should be closing. I see it has been taken to DRV, and quite rightly.--Michig (talk) 17:49, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
