With respect, I would disagree that there are zero indications of Notability. 32 Year old with multiple sources including NY Times, Barrons, Fortune, Bloomberg, Reuters and what appears to be the founder of two publicly traded companies. Agree that the article should be improved to reflect information in the sources.
