@Kurykh: Thank you for deleting the article. I think that was the right choice. As I pointed out in my comments on the main page, it looks like the articles on a number of the foreign language Wikipedias are in a similar state of needing to be deleted. I copied some of my comments related to that here:

I did look briefly at the Spanish version, which looks about the same, and there appears to be an edit by the subject.

The German Version looks similar and seems like promotional activity.

Examples of edit histories worth considering contributions of Hertzfeld and contributions of L.palacios.

and these contributions from Lucia_Palacios and the contributions from Playloud and these contributions from Hertzfeld on German Wikipedia.

Pampuco agreed with me that the edits on the foreign pages did not look neutral. Do you know if there is a straightforward way to nominate the articles across the various languages? Do we have a cross-language WP:AfD mechanism. Seems like this would be very useful if it does not exist. Of course, without translators, I'm not sure what would happen if they didn't like a submission from someone who didn't speak their language.

If you don't know, do you have a suggestion where I should ask? I'm still learning the ropes here at WP:AfD.

I guess the way to delete articles on other wikipedias is roughly the same as in here: for instance on it.wiki one goes on the concerned article and adds a notability warning. After a while, if nobody answers, the page can be nominated for deletion, explaing why it should be erased, of course in the language of the concerned wiki (i.e. Spanish or German). The spanish template to assess notability is this one: {{sin relevancia|day|month}}, and its documentation is here. Proposing a deletion is a little more tricky, see here. Unfortunately I don't understand German enough to give advice.--Pampuco (talk) 12:04, 4 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
