Objections to deletion: Field of new product development, which has a Wiki page, is a notable field with a growing number of approaches, including Lean Start up, which also has its own Wiki page. Entry is written in non-promotional manner and gives user solid background on emerging product development approach.

But as long as I'm here, "field of new product development" is kind of the point. You're saying it's a notable field. I've explained why I don't think it is (taking into account that "notable" on Wikipedia doesn't mean what it means in ordinary usage), so you'll need to explain how it's notable, in Wikipedia terms (see WP:N) rather than just saying that it is. It appears this is just getting off the ground. Wikipedia articles aren't for the purpose of bringing attention to topics that haven't received attention yet. Lean startup has 74 sources. Without taking the time to study them all, I'm imagining that among them is enough coverage in independent, reliable sources to meet the general notability guidelines. Largoplazo (talk) 16:33, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
