what's happening in our increasingly cotton-wool world (one in which parents, for example, discourage children from playing out-of-sight) is that adventure is being deleted from peoples' lives. Don't become a crass metaphor by also deleting it from Wikipedia - instead, make it more solid by adding to the page...
