The weather in London

One presumably quite frequently visited page is How to edit a page, featuring the (only) red link The weather in London. From its "what links here" and "talk" pages one clearly sees that this page is used as the example of a "red link". The current archives of wikimedia are somehow confused about its history in January 2002 (the "earlier edit" jumps from Jan. 14 to Jan. 26). (Before, the page was called How does one edit a page.) I suppose that older edits are no more available through the history function.

As the link was already present in the earliest record available (December 2001), it had to be created in January 2001, and on 2001 one learns that Wiki went on-line on January 15, 2001 (w:Wikipedia day). As the link is supposed to have been created one day after a special event, this was most probably on January 16, 2001, a very special day in Wikipedia history. — MFH: Talk 4 July 2005 23:39 (UTC)

PS: The wayback machine shows that in October 2001 the link was not yet there, and in November 2001 the link was created as 'The weather in Minnesota'... unfortunately, in December 2001 the "London" link is already there, which would invalidate my guess... — MFH: Talk 4 July 2005 23:39 (UTC)

On January 2nd, 2005, 1 day after New Year's, this was the only edit to the Open Tasks page. There is only one red link, Queens Supreme.

The answer to this riddle is Woodbury College which appeared as a requested article on Open Tasks from 22:23, 2 January 2005 (UTC) 1 through to 07:10, 5 January 2005 (UTC) 2.
