What's going on?

  Spirot , who I believe may be a moderator, has been abusive and intimidating towards me regarding an item I posted about Sid Haig. He has accused me of "stalking Sid Haig" citing an unrelated imdb flame war we had one time. This person runs sidhaig.com and regularly accuses others of trying to "get Sid" and essentially harasses, and bullies anyone who posts anything that he feels is less than flattering to Sid's image.  He clearly tries to run the page as a puff piece, or publicity office for Sid, rather than an objective entry on this person. It's like the White House taking over President Bush's Wiki entry and allowing them to intimidate and threaten any editors that raise any issues that may detract from him having a sterling public image. In short, you have a Wiki entry guarded by an official Sid Haig representative. I do not think I need to be accused of stalking Sid Haig, and Spirot is essentially slandering me by leaving such a hysterical and abusive posting in my user page. Spirot was also trying to interfere, and, in my opinion, adversely affect a resolution I have been attempting with CyberGhostface about this Sid Haig entry. If this person Spirot/Glen is indeed a moderator, I respectfully suggest you review his paranoiac, angry dealings with people, his baseless accusations, and his possible conflict of interest in running Sid's site and his stifling postings on Sid's pages he does not care for.

What would you like to change about that?

...I would like to not be accused baselessly, and I don't think Sid's entry, nor any other entry, should be lorded over by an officially sanctioned bully who stifles and prevents posting of facts. Is Haig's Wiki entry the sole domain of Sid Haig and his publicity department?

While using the talk page of the article in question to solve a dispute is encouraged to involve a larger audience, feel free to discuss the case below if that is not possible. Other mediators are also encouraged to join in on the discussion as Wikipedia is based on consensus.

The proof is in the Histories, Rachael. Any admin here can see who did exactly what and when. I feel assured that they will see the truth of the matter. Even if you erase this like you have with others, they can still acess it through history. You have been at this for quite some time! I think it is time to stop now, don't you? All they need to do is look at the history of Sid's page from your two IPs (24.62.224.238 and 66.30.5.160) and your Wiki account. It's been the same exact post since 11/4/07. Don't you think if it was worthy of being included here, people would not erase it every single time? I worked my tail off putting the Wiki license on our website so I could post his bio here, then worked to get it to NPOV status, THEN worked to get it from a stub to a Class B, and you come along to play with it? Why? Would you at least give a reason that you have the need to do this for 5 months straight? And now to say what you have about me on here.....Let's just say, if anyone has the right to legal action for libel (not slander), it's me. Where you got the idea that I am named Glen is beyond me. Glen is an admin of this site, and worked with me when I was putting Sid's page together. He can verify my claims. Please, feel free. Spirot 04:30, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
