Dubious license. According to [1], "images may only be used in the context of information or articles about Vejleåparken", i.e. they are non-free. I can find no mention of the GFDL. Hemmingsen 06:21, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  - Good point, they don't say anything about not permitting commercial use or using derivatives. But isn't it a problem that we can't use the image for illustrating, say, an article about aerial photography or city planning if we want to? Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission#For images uses the wording "Any free license must allow [...] 3. Use for any purpose, including commercial purposes" and "The only restrictions allowable are proper attribution of the creator and the requirement that derivative works are similarly licensed." To me, that certainly seems to conflict with limiting the acceptable context. I am aware that that page isn't an official policy, but does the official policy pages contradict it?
