From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Neither the google search [1] nor his article indicate that this person, who is not to be confused with Swami Premananda, is notable. Andries 11:07, 28 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Keep: Having so much more than obscure figures represented at Wikipedia, it would be unfair to limit acceptance of this Premananda on a successful google research. I think it is even notable, that, if you read his philosphy, it is so similar or equal to so many others, that their should also be a category created, where all those masters and enlighten souls could be found.Thomas h 09:19, 1 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Keep: As Thomas has noted, the philosophy and teachings are what makes him notable. Not only that, I do believe that the Humanitarian works being done by this person deserves the attention of the world. Educating children and feeding the poor are definitely deserving on a fundamental basis.Talesh 13:32, 3 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Keep: Swami Sai Premananda has and will be doing significant international and domestic humanitarian work that is certainly notable by anyone's standards. I think it's important that the world be aware of the quick work he is doing so that more support can be found for future humanitarian endeavours. Also, his teachings on love and bhakti are universal and especially important at a time like this when these very fundamental concepts have seemingly been forgotten.Saik 20:47, 3 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
