- Evidence
User:Nukeh (who is indefintely blocked) used the sig 'Doug Youvan' [1], and their editing patterns cover many of the same topic areas (related to evolution and creationism).
- Comments
User:Nukeh received a threat of violence in an edit tag and was "banned" to freeze the record for criminal prosecution of a series of editors, including a consortium of editors from www.kcfs.org who edit under User:Hrafn and who illegaly use Kansas state funds (state salaries and facilities) to try to influence the Kansas School Board elections. The relationship between User:Nukeh and User:Doug youvan is protected by attorney-client privilege. Hrafn made this accusation within 24 hrs of a proposed Youvan v Dawkins debate.Doug youvan (talk) 07:01, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Ummm, if you bothered to read the www.kcfs.org forums (where I haven't posted for some time) properly, you would have discovered that I am (i) an individual & (ii) from nowhere near Kansas. The "threat of violence", "criminal prosecution", and "proposed Youvan v Dawkins debate" exist only in your mind. I will take the claim of "attorney-client privilege" to be an admission of sufficient relationship between yourself and said indef-blocked user as to amount to at least a "meat-puppet" relationship (and most probably outright sockpuppetry). Thank you for clearing this up. HrafnTalkStalk 07:30, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Conclusions
Block-evading sock, continuing the pattern of legal threats and disruption for which the parent account was blocked. I've blocked Doug youvan (talk · contribs) indefinitely. MastCell Talk 19:01, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
