Evidence

Andre Toulon participated[1] in the same compltely pointless edit war as other sockpuppets of Copperchair[2], making the same reverts. Compare also this revert [3] with [4]. Also he has the same edit pattern as other socks: many small edits and minor diruption on War on terrorism-related articles.
