Suspected sockpuppets

Three days ago a couple of sockpuppets were made at high speed, impersonating user:Worm That Turned, who confirmed that they weren't his. Today we get another user with a similar name, who targets one of Worm's mentees, user:The computer rocks! - who initially spotted my first blocks of the previous accounts.

I find this to be a bit of an oddball case, which is why i am requesting CU evidence as well. I have a gut feeling that there may be sleeper accounts, or that something else is going on here. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 20:01, 7 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Found two more, one of them already blocked, the other loudly quacking. I equally notice that some more "Worm" accounts were created recently (As in the past 2-3 days). I believe that this is actually User:Mikeymand, due to a few editing habits, which I can disclose via email. See also

Three blocks of accounts- the first two are exact matches within their groups. The whole farm is highly  Likely- it's a mobile ISP. Worm that Turned (Doppelgänger) was created on a different day than the other seven, but still looks like the other seven. Let's put it this way- I was rather comfortable marking the whole system as  Confirmed, but wanted to come back and provide a little clearer view for whoever processes this thing.
